Returns and claims
Return
If you do not like the product you bought and you want to return it, feel free to do it. You can return it to us 30 days after receiving the goods. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not tape the original box and do not use it as packaging for shipping shoes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification and information about the approval of the refund. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. within 10 business days from receiving the goods.

For other countries, please contact us by an e-mail and we will provide you a return address in your country.
Please be patient during the process of returning the goods to us. The address given in your country is the Packeta address where the packages are sorted and then sent to our foreign warehouse. This process may take longer. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email from us regarding the receipt of the goods.
Exchange of goods
If the size does not suit you and you would like to exchange the goods, please create a new order. Please send the unsuitable size back to us using the method above. We will process your new order immediately and you will be refunded for the returned goods as for a traditional return (see info above).
Reclamations
If you need to make a complaint, please send us an email with photos to customerfirst@gobyeurope.com. If necessary, we will ask you to send the goods back to our address.
We will inspect the goods and offer you a refund or a new item if the claim is accepted. We will inform you of the outcome of the claim within 30 days. If the claim is approved, we will also refund your shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days from our confirmation of receiving the goods, please contact us at customerfirst@gobyeurope.com
