Returns and claims
If you do not like the product you bought and you want to return it, feel free to do it. You can return it to us 30 days after receiving the goods. If 30 days have gone by since you receive your goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification and information about the approval of the refund. Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. within 10 business days from receiving the goods.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days from our confirmation of receiving the goods, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerfirst@gobyeurope.com
Reclamations
If you need to claim an item, send us an email with photos at customerfirst@fashionhouseprague.com and send your item to:

We will inspect the item and offer either a refund or a new item. We will inform you about the outcome of the reclamation within 30 days. If the reclamation is approved we also refund you for your shipping costs.
