Delivery 

We will ship your order depending on the stock availability.

1. If the product is in stock, we will prepare it for shipping the next business day.

2. In case the product is not in stock, you will see on the product detail status "Not in stock - we will produce it for you in 25 days" - this means we will produce the desired piece especially for you based on your order.  Why does it take that long? Well, we have so many designs that it's impossible to keep everything in stock. And the production takes some time to make it properly in good quality. So that is why it takes 25 days. Hope you understand and it doesn't make you upset. :)

Once your product is shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking of the package.

We deliver Europewide. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on your country.
Czech Republic - 2 days
EU countries – up to 6 days

Payment

You can use your VISA or MASTERCARD to pay your order or Paypal.

Our online payment gateway is Gopay (www.gopay.com), safe and secure payments in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1.
