How to choose the right size and measure your foot?

Always measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
The easiest way: stand with your heel against a wall, place a measuring tape on the floor, and note where your longest toe ends.

In our size chart, you'll find two columns:
A – Foot Length: This is the length of your foot that you just measured :)
B – Insole Length: This shows the length of the insole inside the shoe.

The insole length should always be about 0.5–1 cm longer than your actual foot measurement. This ensures your foot has enough space inside the shoe.

Tip: If you're between two sizes, consider your foot width. If you have wider feet, go for the larger size. If your feet are narrower, choose the smaller one. Also, think about whether you prefer wearing thicker or thinner socks.
