How to properly choose your size and measure your foot?

Always measure the length of your foot from the heel to the tip of your toe. To help with this, stand with your back against the wall, place a ruler on the floor, and press your heel against the wall.

In our size chart, you’ll find two columns:
A - Foot Length: This is the length of your foot that you just measured.
B - Insole Length: This refers to the length of the insole inside the shoe.

The insole length should always be 0.5 - 1 cm longer than your foot length to ensure your foot has enough space inside the shoe.

Tip: If you’re unsure between two sizes, consider whether you have a wider foot (then choose the larger size) or a narrower foot (then choose the smaller size).
