How to choose the right size and measure your foot?

Always measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
It’s best to stand with your back against a wall, place a measuring tape on the floor, and rest your heel against the wall.

In our size chart, you’ll see two columns:
A – Foot Length: This is the length of your foot you’ve just measured :)
B – Insole Length: This is the length of the insole inside the shoe.

The GNSB ballerinas have a tapered toe, so we recommend choosing a size where the insole is 1.5 to 2 cm longer than your foot, to give your toes enough room. See our size chart for reference.

Tip:
If you’re between two sizes, consider the width of your foot—choose the larger size for wider feet, or the smaller for narrower feet.
